Appointments
We do recommend that you make your reservation two weeks in
advance to ensure
you receive your preferred date, time, and therapist. We do
require a valid credit card at
the time you book
Cancellations and No-shows
To avoid charges, we accept 24 hour cancellations for single
service treatments and 48 hour cancellations for spa
packages and group reservations. There will be a 50% charge
for late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full
amount.
Check-in
We suggest you check in 15 minutes prior to your appointment
to relax, change into a
robe and complete any paper work.
Cell phones and pagers
To ensure a peaceful experience for everyone, please turn
off cell phones.
Gratuity
Prices do not include gratuity. In appreciation for the
staff for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at
your discretion.
